Abstract: Studying and tracking of hosing markets may be performed via many different methods. With the help of several main indicators, the condition and the dynamics of Bulgarian housing markets is illustrated in the document. At the same time, more attention is payed to the latest tendencies of internal migration and emigration. Thus, the document relevels the possible effects of migration processes on the housing markets in the country. The conclusion highlights the main directions of Bulgarian housing markets’ future development.
