Abstract: The report examines the initiative for channeling young people's innovative vision for urban development under the “Varna - European Youth Capital” program. The concept of the program and the key directions are clarified. The objectives, activities and approved projects are presented under the key strand "Inno Think Tank". On this basis, "Conceptual Design for the Construction of a Multifunctional Sport and Recreation Zone" was developed in the Levski neighborhood, Varna. Increases in the investment attractiveness of the urban environment and in the involvement of the public in European local-level programs are expected as a result of the realization of the projec.
