Abstract: Economic imbalances could occur at all stages of the reproductive process – production, distribution, exchange and consumption. According to different signs of their nature, they could be: macroeconomic, branch, intrabranch, territorial, time, quality, etc. imbalances. The aim of the article is to study the imbalances in the real estate market in Bulgaria by analyzing a number of ratios and indicators.
