Abstract:This article provides an overview of information policies at the European Union level. In addition, these information activities lead to the change of technologies and the implementation of intelligent solutions in the urban environment. The exhibition emphasizes the need for the use and development of digital tools to improve activity at the regional level. The field of application of information technologies is in the field of urban development and territory management. Technological innovation is expected to promote the development of artificial intelligence through the realization of the implementation process of technology implementation and the development of cooperation.
