Abstract: The problem of public property management is very topical and is subject to increased research interest
both in Bulgaria and abroad. It allows interested people to get acquainted with some of the best global practices
concerning the management of public real estate. The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the foreign experience in
public real estate management. The subject of the research is the practice in public real estate management in several
European countries – United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Italy and Moldova.
