THE ROLE OF PROCESS APPROACH IN HOSPITALITY

Abstract: This article considers the Process Approach as the basis of all contemporary systems of control. It describes its benefits and shows the stages and methods of resolving the basic problems of its implementation. Special consideration is given to the business process which is a key concept of the Process Approach. Attention is paid to the subsystems of the Process Approach and its role in the setting up of a successful facility management system in the hospitality industry.
