Abstract:The report presents an author's study of the processes of business transition to the conditions of mass digitalization and the goals of Industry 4.0. Special attention is given to transformational leadership and total quality management. The conditions for a successful organizational transformation in context with the objectives of the circular economy are derived. The reasons and possibilities for sustainable management of human resources in modern business organizations are analyzed as a tool for achieving organizational excellence.
