Abstract: In this article, key indicators have been examined for the housing market in the European Union over the period 2018 – 2021. A comparative analysis has been made of the dynamics of the countries’ indicators. The major trends of development of the housing market in the European Union have been outlined.
Key words: housing, house price index, house sales index of number of transactions, house sales index of value of transactions, investment in housing.
