Abstract: The useful result of the functioning of a national economy is a consequence of the synergistic effect of the potentials with which its elements function. The “Real estate operations” sector is one of these elements, the effectiveness of which is the subject of this report. The bases for conducting the survey are the economic data for the industry, provided by the National Statistical Institute of the Republic of Bulgaria. And in the role of a "filter" for evaluating this data, the well-known economic laws are adopted.
