Abstract: It is clear that leaders shape our nations, communities and organizations, and that they have a great impact on the business world. Leaders in the real estate industry are also looking for leadership potential among the people they recruit, hire and promote at all levels in the organization. Now the question is "What are the characteristics of a good leader in a real estate agency"? Business owners are well aware that leadership is something that exists and is directly related to the development of good leaders. This article includes a study of issues with the characteristics of leaders in real estate business management. The main purpose is to derive a range of appropriate leadership characteristics that good leaders in real estate agencies should possess today.
