Abstract: The purpose of the article is to study the level of satisfaction from internship of the students from specialty ”Real estate management” at UNWE and also to reveal the factors that influence it. For the assessment of the satisfaction from internship is used a structured questionnaire which cover several thematic blocks includes individual factors, organizational environment and questions reveals the demographic characteristics of the respondents. Over 70 % of the students give an excellent and very good grade from the internship which indicative the high overall satisfaction. The results of the correlation analysis show moderate to strong relationship between the studied factors and the satisfaction with the internship, as it is strongest in the presence of a mentor and the duration of the internship.
