Abstract: Laris MLS is a platform created by MAPEX company, supported and financed by the agencies or brokers of real estate in Bulgaria with purpose consolidation of principles of the loyal competition and providing the delivery of quality service to the sellers and buyers. MLS unites brokers around an ethical code and common rules of work, giving many advantages to all participants in the deal; sellers, buyers, brokers, agents, agencies of real estate. The target put by the authors of this article is to show the opportunities of Laris MLS and to highlight the advantages of its usage on the market of real estate in Bulgaria.
