Abstract: An important feature of real estate agencies and the business environment are the large number of activities and responsibilities that the broker performs on a daily basis. We consider the improvement of the activity of the agencies as a precondition for increasing the revenues by reaping the benefits of the activity. The article analyzes the activities of real estate agencies, follows the trends and indicates the unfair practices in the real estate market. An empirical study was performed using several methods for analysis and evaluation. Based on this, the possible benefits of the plan itself and the technological innovations for the optimization of the activity of real estate agencies are derived.
